Veterans & First Responders

Our “Horses for Heroes” program provides support to Veterans and First Responders through our Equine-Assisted Learning (EAL) program. With the guidance of an equine professional, our program fosters a connection between the horse and the hero as they learn how to trust and work together through the relationship process. Horse-human interaction allows individuals to learn how to recognize their feelings, regulate emotions, improve communication skills, and build trust. Valuable skills that help one to succeed with their family, at work, and in social relationships.

We welcome veteran and first responder organizations for individual or group sessions. No previous horse experience is required, and sessions do not involve riding a horse. Sessions are held in our all-season indoor arena. We accept most insurance plans.
